We accept most major insurances. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid and HMO. 

Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card and Discover are also accepted.

All  insurance companies such as State Farm, Allstate, Met Life, Progressive, Geico, etc. for an MVA case.

* Humana is accepted at Frontier Chiropractic, but please note the following. We send claims 2 times, after that it is the patients responsibility to have the insurance company pay (if allotted). As always, we send requested medical information (clinic notes, exams, etc.) whenever requested whether its due to a denied claim or needed for patient review.

  Due to recent loss from Humana (loosing claims, not paying in a timely manner, giving a run around for providers, denying medical coverage and not deeming medically necessary) our policies with them have changed. We do not reject Humana patients or insurance but please note that payment is needed for any date of services, either by yourself or your insurance company. If there is no payment received from your insurance after our second attempt you will receive a bill for the following dates of service within 30 days of the final denial.
